Le dôme du Domaine des Ormes : une référence architecturale couronnée de lanterneaux Bluetek

Érigée au-dessus des piscines du Domaine des Ormes à Epiniac en Ille-et-Vilaine, ce dôme est large de 75 mètres et haute de 20 mètres. Il s’agit d’une architecture unique dans la région.

Question tourisme, la Bretagne est certainement, plus qu’un autre secteur géographique, tributaire de la météo. L’ex petite société familiale a donc en son temps décidé de voir très grand pour la préservation du confort de ses vacanciers. C’est ainsi qu’une gigantesque « cloche de verre » de 4 500 m² a vu le jour, intégrant eau et air à 29°, bassin de nage, pataugeoire, rivière dynamique, piscine à vague, jeux d'eau, plantes tropicales, toboggan…

La charpente du Domaine des Ormes

Ce dôme immense a été un très beau défi pour différentes entreprises locales dont Belliard Construction a fait partie. La société mayennaise, située à moins de 100 km du chantier, a grandement participé à cet important projet. Plus de 540 m3 de bois Douglas français ont été approvisionnés afin de construire l’impressionnante ossature.

L’entreprise Belliard a également fourni et posé les lanterneaux implantés au-dessus du dôme. C’est ainsi qu’est intervenu le fabricant Bluetek.

Les lanterneaux Bluetek : aération, systèmes inox et traitement anti-corrosion

L’atmosphère d’une piscine, due à l’humidité, à une température élevée et à l’utilisation de désinfectants à base de chlore, peut être agressive pour certains alliages métalliques. Afin d’éviter une usure prématurée, l’intérieur des appareils a subi un traitement anti-corrosion de catégorie C5-1* (et ont été équipés de systèmes d’ouverture en acier inoxydable).

Techniquement, voici la fourniture Bluetek :

24 lanterneaux Bluesteel Air électrique

Dimension 150 X 150 cm.
Remplissage PCA opalescent.
Compris vérin électrique course 300 mm 230 volts.
Compris costière droite hauteur 420 mm avec isolation bitumée. Traitement intérieur costière et pièces par laquage anti-corrosion gris anthracite RAL 7016 C5-1 (système d’ouverture en acier inoxydable).
Compris grille 1200 joules fixe laquée gris anthracite RAL 7016 C5-1.

Au-delà du puits de lumière central et des pans latéraux translucides, des lanterneaux couronnent le dôme. Tout en rajoutant une note design à l’ensemble, ils permettent une lumière naturelle accrue et une possibilité de ventilation optimisée dans la construction.

* C5-1 : catégorie de corrosité très élevée. Extérieur : zones industrielles avec humidité élevée et atmosphère agressive. Intérieur : bâtiment ou zones avec condensation permanente et pollution élevée (vapeurs, piscines fermées, usine chimique). (Catégorie de corrosité atmosphérique de la norme NF EN ISO 12944-2).
